Great video that shows all of the specialized machines and hand labor that we can appreciate to get bacon on the table.

I was just watching this video and thinking how disgusting microwave bacon is, so I decided to start poll to get your opinion.

just have to use a good ol' black cast iron skillet, it ain't grandma's but it still gets the job done, good for making peach cobbler in also.

Pan fried in a cast iron skillet that did come from my grandmaother in bacon grease from yesterdays bacon.

Nuked should be banned. Nothing wrong with Grandma's cast iron skillet style, but baked it the way to go. It will be the best you have ever had. Here is a link with step by step instructions for those that have never made it that way.
