I am not sure where to start. I am thinking either making the Bacon, Honey cured or the Hot Links - Five-alarm, or both if my frige will hold it.

I see a couple of recipies that I'm gonna try! Gettin together with my Brother in law to do some blood sausage this year, so we might as well do some others as long as were makin a mess. Also gonna try to do some Boudin this year.

Never made Boudin, but I buy a lot of it. It's in my top 5. Good stuff!!
