Pollen

The bees have been working hard bringing in a vast amount of pollen. As I was observing the hive yesterday, I noticed a large quantity of yellow pollen. In further observation, the bees were also bringing in a dark green pollen.

Does anybody know where the dark green pollen is coming from - here in southwest CT?
