Varroa Mites - Application of both 10X and Chemical Applications

Hi -- This summer, I did one treatment of 10X sugar on about 15 hives using a screened approach. It was too labor intensive for me. So I am looking for a better mousetrap be designed than the current bellows now being offered for sale.

But to those that use 10X as their treatment plan, do you also apply any additional chemical treatments such as Formic Acid or Apiguard in the fall?
