how to sell - any rules?

Next year I hope to have enough honey to sell some (via the driveway and at the local farmers market).

I did license my apiary via the state, but just wondering what else I might need to do, and if so where I would go look to find these requirements.

Different laws in every state. Here you have to extract your honey in a state certified kitchen to sell @ a farmers market so I will not be doing that.
