hey
i had a corbouy that i started mar 2008. but do to a lot of family changes, i didn't do much with it. i did rack it twice, but it sat since dec. i finally bottled it last week. unfortunately, i stirred up the lees too much and the bottles were cloudy. which they settled in the bottle.
what i want to know if i could put this back in a corbouy and let it settle for a couple of days and re-bottle it? has anybody tried it? the product was pretty dry with a good aroma. i wouldn't be opposed to sweeting it some
