It is a warm day, about 84 degrees, and I just got done checking my hive. No Swarm Cells that I could find, I have extra supers on top, so are they just warm? Trying to figure out if these guys are going to take off. This box was a brand new 3lb package this year, the top box is full of honey and I have 3 supers on top with two of them 3/4 full. They haven't started on the 3rd.

Bearding like that is usually related to two things in the hive, temperature (too warm) and space (not enough room).

Should I extract some honey and give them some new frames? Move the empty supers down for them? Currently I only have frames with foundation sitting around.

They look good to me, from the sounds of it you've still got room for them in the hivestack. The bearding looks normal to me for a strong hive in the summer. I'd wait and extract the honey supers as they are capped and put the wet extracted frames back on the hive.

Queen excluder has been on for about 2 - 3 weeks.
