Qween cells

I have a trapout going with a frame of eggs going. Went to check today and tore a qween cell because it was connected to two frames. It had not been capped yet ,will the bees repair it? :s

Never seen them repair a damaged queen cell and I've damaged quite a few.
(none since last week)
