Tiny hive in NC

Hi all:

I am a new beekkeeper in central North Carolina. Our local supplier sold out his packages this spring, so I have a tiny hive (four frames of bees from a friend and a queen from the supplier). I am looking forward to using your forums to further my education.

Expend your hive as soon as possible.
The more frames they have the more productive they are.

Get them on syrup feeding to draw out foundation and push them for wintering.
Your nuc will outperform a package 24/7!
