I just finished bottling a bunch of carboys, I think 10 although the watermelon mead was horrible enough it went to the sewer rats. Goldenrod is awesome with a great nose, ginger as before required flavor addition at bottling time, pear mead a little young but drinkable, an unknown/cherryish fruit mead and 5 kinds of muscadine wine that nicely represent what is available commercially in a pink and white coloration.
This afternoon I hope to throw together a kit wine, a straight mead with the darkest honey I have ever seen, and then some meads with fruit purees:red raspberry, elderberry, and black currant. We also want to do an allspice mead. If time allows I might get creative with some others.
