Nice looking honey. Any idea what the primary forage source was? Really light. Mine down in Amarillo is always very light for the spring harvest but harvests later in the Summer always yield much darker honey. Seems like it gets darker as the summer progresses and the taste of the darker stuff is much stronger and more intense. I prefer the darker to the lighter, but all of it is good. Glad you had some to harvest. My spring crop was really cut down this year due to the blizzard we had in late March.
