Welcome to the forum Cookstove. Are you new to beekeeping or have you been keeping for awhile? I too have not been through Altoona much since my Penn State Days, but my oldest daughter is starting her junior year at main campus. I will probably be coming through your area quite often the next two years. Maybe we can get together and talk bees.

Hello,
Did bees for about 5 years down Harrisburg way , had to great teachers older keepers . I moved back to Altoona 10 years ago brought some hives along , was not going to get back into bees but a wild swarm moved into an empty hivebody , so going to care for them .
