The bees are on the landing board fanning all day long. Is this normal? Thanks

Pretty much, they are trying to increase air flow.... whats kind of fun is reach down and push them around.... they won't stop fanning.... kinda cool

When I see a lot of fanning going on and its not particularly hot (above 85) I know I need more ventalation in the hive. good time to add a top entrance/ screened bottom board, or prop open the lid...... something to help them increase air flow...

Look inside you will see a lot more fanning also..

If I lived in the humidity of Ashland, I would be fanning a lot as well. ;)

Yes, it is normal. It's how they cool the hive and evaporate the nectar to make honey.
