Swarm question

This is just a curiousity question.

When a hive is ready to swarm, has anyone noticed what time of day they tend leave?

I've seen them leave at 10am, I've also seen them leave at 4 to 5pm.

USUALLY I'd say 10 am. But as stated, it could be anytime. On a sunny calm day I've seen as early as sunrise.
