How would one combine 2 small swams or do the newspaper combine with the top bar hives?

Originally designed by Norm of the Biobees forums as a comb straightener. It's basically a follower board with a large hole in the center. Cover the hole with newspaper and put the queenless swarm behind it in the back of the hive. The bees will have to chew through the paper to get to the entrance.
