Hello. I, don't actually have a hive, and I probaly won't be able to get one anytime soon, but I want one and am also intensly interested in the whole beekeeping system. Anyway, there's a question that's been nagging me: when a bottle of honey says "Clover Honey" or "Orange Blossom honey", what exactly is the difference. I assume that it indicates what kind of flower the necter is from, but how do you tell what flowers the bees are going to or make sure that they're primarily going to one kind?
Thanks in advance for deconfusing me ;)
