Swarm Captured

I am pretty much of a newbie. I captured a swarm and shook it into two hive bodies. Should I be feeding it or doing anything else to make it happy? Looks like Italians in Northern Delaware. I have a weak hive next to it.

First off welcome to Beesource. Unless it is a huge swarm I would start them off on a single deep. As far as feeding that depends on if there is a flow going there or not. If not you may want to feed.

I will remove the top hive body. We do have a good flow of Honey Locust going -- so maybe I will remove the sugar water. This swarm happened right near my weak hive. I was wondering if they were trying to take it over. But after 2 days it looks like they are existing together.
