At first I was like great, a song about potato salad, thanks for sharing but I kept watching.
The strength and flexibility those girls had to have in their back and legs is absolutely incredible.

That is amazing!
My wife is a yoga teacher - she can do some of that, but not with such ease or control. She's been practicing for 7 years and she isn't anywhere near these girls.
The head touching the 'Glut' - and walking around her head - WOW
When she is standing in the hay-mow and sort-of melts with only her feet holding her up and picking herself back up - ridiculous - that's old school! I wonder if my dad and brothers used to do that sort of thing in the barn. :D
