I had a sneaky queen last year get into my honey supers and lay. I'm wondering if I shouldn't use them for honey now since they had brood in them.

They're fine to use. If you decide to make comb honey, they're not as pretty but extracted honey is fine. If they're a complete mess, you can decide on that.

My queens often wander up into my supers. I keep telling them they're not supposed to cross a honey boundry, but they don't listen. I tell my dog and queens the same thing: "Down, girl!"

No problem using those frames for honey, but once they've had brood in them, they're susceptible to wax moths.

In North West Indiana wax moths are atracted to WAX comb brood or honey.

I know this discussion has been had on here before, but had an interesting experience last week. Looked at some equipment for sale by the widow of my first beekeeping mentor. Had not had bees in them for 2 years. 10 deeps with drawn comb were devastated by wax moths. Could hardly tell they had even had foundation in them. But not a single one of 30 honey supers showed any sign of wax moth damage. Go figure.
