Recipe??? I've got hog casings in the fridge and a 5 year old who likes to crank the stuffer and ask, about once every 2 minutes, "How strong am I, Dada?"

I don't have it. I am the hand cranker. I will ask them. These Czech's are pretty tight lipped about their recipes, but there is a big wedding Saturday. Few pivos later I shall have it and send it to you.

my old room mate here (now dead) was czech. he told a story about his old (about 80) great uncle who got stopped by the DPS late one night after leaving a bar. the DPS officer pulled the old man over and after getting him to roll down the window asked the question 'have you been drinkin?' the old man replied in a broken czech/english inflection 'evverry day'. I would guess the DPS folks were a bit more understanding in those days (and perhaps to some degree a bit more pragmatic) in that the DPS officer followed the old man home just to make certain he arrived home safely.

That tub in the pic is about 100+ lbs. Plus there is another sack full. The sack full was mine. I was given the tub full today. Minus a few pounds. :applause:
