I justed wanted to say " I love you all" here at beesouce who have helped me in one way or another and touched my heart in other ways.

Thank you all!

And thanks back to you, Chef, for your contributions to this forum, many of which have been detrimental to my waistline. :D :D

Great to have you Chef........ I enjoy your perspective
on beekeeping and the culinary arts. I spent a few years
behind the grill myself (a long way from being a chef).

Hey Chef, how many you running these days? :)

Had about 57. Lost 25 to the flood and 10 to a bear.

I will replace this year and split. I hope to get up to that number again this year. We will see. I need to take a step back and rething some things and focus on health of the bees and get a good routine down. Too many outyards and I need ot work on that. I need to work on getting things in standered equiment as I have a friend who wanted to see if I wanted to tag my bees along with his to Cali.

Hi Chef,
I enjoy reading you're posts, but 4000. Maybe you're spending too much time on the computer. Don't some knifes need sharpening? :)

ha ha ha ... that is funny! My wife comes home with 7 whole chickens and wants me to cut them and make chicken stock but I told her after I am done posting!!!:)

Keith probobly thinks that I need to spend less time posting and more time with my bees... maybe 3,999 less post times! :)

I've mentioned to my wife on more than one occassion that Chef Isaac has really inspired me. Here's a guy that came on as a new beekeeper not afraid to ask questions. He pushed himself past the "new beekeeper" barrier by doing things that usually fall under the heading as "advanced beekeeper". I'm certain that his education in culinary arts exposed him to instruction in business management. It is plain that he's applied that knowledge to his beekeeping as well. 5 years in, and he's an example that beekeepers should be business keepers if they grow beyond a few hives.

GrEAT Job Chef. We've benefited from your business-savy, your inquistiveness, and your recipes!

and your relentless posting ;) Approx 2/day, 62/ month, 744/ year, rain or shin, and always smiling.

Do not have them fenced in. Just took advice from the land owner as far as not seing a bear in the area for 12 plus years. But hey, it was fun walking around, seeing where the heck my stuff was. :)

Waya: Thank you for hte kind words. I love being able to help people and making new riends along the way, be it beekeepers or customers.

by the way, can you email me your address so I can shoot you payment for hte soap box please. I love it by the way! :)

We also just made a mexican chocolate honey. It is awesome!
