Saw the HBO movie "Taking Chance" a few days ago.
It's an incredible film that is worth watching more than
once. Buy extra kleenex........:cry:

If you haven't got HBO, it's worth getting for a month

Yes. I agree. I was thinking about this film today when I heard about the Obama Administration lifting the ban on photographing the caskets of our fallen soldiers when they arrive at Dover AFB. I believe that the okay should be up to the relatives of the dead soldiers.

The film and especially Kevin Bacons' portrayal of the main character is quite moving.

I agree. I loved that movie. It takes a lot to get me choked up.

I am planning to rent it when I get home (if I can). It came on over AFN a month ago, but I was not able to make the time to watch it. I am not sure if I will watch it w/ DW or not, could hit a little too close to home...
