We use a hand crank extractor that has a wire mesh type holder. I feel that the comb gets damaged quite a bit to use again, seems to be from the force that is created when spinning. Does anyone else have this similar problem? If not, what do you guys do?

Thanks

Heating the honey frames to 95F or so will allow you
to back off the speed and cause less blow out damage.

You'll be amazed at how fast they can clean and repair the comb. Just give it back to them, they'll take care of it. Just make sure the comb is centered in the frames. 24 hours is usually all it takes. Good luck,
