Here's and article based on The National Intelligence Council's
study. (gotta love those think tank names!) They claim to
be unbiased but........ the recent chairmen appear to all be
republicans.
It outlines the waning of our global dominance and influence
over the next 2 decades.
Many would probably be alarmed, but I see it as a big
positive step in the right direction.
They paint a gloomy picture but I see it as a real opening
to strengthening diplomatic ties with China, India, and many
others.
We will always be a power to reckon with, but we don't
have to be "the" power.
