I was wondering if anyone on this board has had any experience adding lecithin to their pollen supplement mix. Specifically what I am looking at would be a liquid lecithin that has not been de-oiled (sp.?) with a fat content around 68%.

For an example nutritional analysis go to the following link and click on Nutritional Information.

I use licithin in my pollen patties to emulsify the thyme and lemongrass oils. However I use the granules which work great as long as you use hot water. I buy mine at GNC for about 10 bucks for a quart size container...it lasts forever.
