2 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups milk
1/2 cup honey
Blend in blender until smooth

Another one:

2 cups crushed ice
1/2 cup cream
1 heaping Tbsp Nescafe instant coffee
2 Tbsp sugar
2 or 3 Tbsp chocolate syrup

Blend until ice is finely ground. Pour into glasses and add some whipped cream on top. It's kind of like a mocha frap from Starbucks.

Great idea, iddee. Something I can do with the 15 gallons of strawberries I froze this past spring. Even better to be able to use up that milk I get from the goats every day (I am getting tired of Chevre) and the honey, well I got a lot of that too...

I'm making some today, later, as it is 23°F out right now.

1/2 scoop of Gatorade powder drink mix
16 oz of Cold water
1 packet Splenda
1/2 frozen banana
Add frozen strawberries until the blender can
hardly mix it.



Low calorie, mighty tasty.
