looking for winter yard

I am looking for a yard or two in Texas to winter some hives, probably 100 at the most. Had a deal set up for Livingston but think it fell through. Tired of big winter losses and figured I could get some good splits.

I have enough room for a 100 or more hives, not as warm as Texas.
