This is a website created by one of the professors at our local univeristy's School of Business.
It is very interesting to actually be able to calculate your estimated taxes under the different plans.

This assumes that all the companies that will be punitively taxed under Obama will still be in business to employ the so-called "Middle Class."

You got that right!
Last night's debate:
Palin: "But when you talk about Barack's plan to tax increase affecting only those making $250,000 a year or more, you're forgetting millions of small businesses that are going to fit into that category. So they're going to be the ones paying higher taxes thus resulting in fewer jobs being created and less productivity."
Biden: "Number two fact, 95 percent of the small businesses in America, their owners make less than $250,000 a year. They would not get one single solitary penny increase in taxes, those small businesses."
Yeah, right, Joe........
Those who feel that they won't be affected by Obama's business tax increases have their heads in the sand.

Anyone who buys into this fairytail that only those making $250,000 per year will pay more taxes is deluded. Only 1.5% of American households fit in that category. There is no way that they can generate enough revenue to cover all of Obama's spending plans by an increased tax on these folks alone. It amazes me that there are millions of voters who are drinking this koolaid. With 71% of persons in this country making 50k or less, guess who will definitely see their taxes increased? Even if its only a few percentage points, it will generate way more revenue than a doubling of the rate on those in the 250k category.

The case can be made that the UK's high tax rates killed John Lenon. Lenon fled his home land and moved to NYC to escape confiscatory tax rates under the old Socialist order in Britain. The top rate Lenon was subject to at the time was only a piddling 110% Yea, you made a million Pounds I think it was and you had to pay a million, one hundred thousand in taxes. Quick call OBAMA, give him the news.
Since Obama earned 10 times (1000%) McCains' personal income last year off shady real estate deals I doubt he will sock it to himself. Just Joe six pack.
