Cider honey?

Curious - My neighbor/father-in law runs a cider mill to make various jellys and syrups. My bees are all over the place, as well as just about every other stinging insect within miles.

Can my ladies actually use the sugar in the cider? Anyone have any idea, I have thousands of bees all over the mill.

I've been pressing apples too and my gals are interested in my apple mush leftovers. They still like to chase the wildflowers more but I see some interest.
