No thanks. The shipping would out weigh the profit.

How much do you have? Cut comb? Basswod box? Round Comb? Miniframe?

I wish you luck in finding some Chef. Most of us that make comb honey don't usually have more than we can sell and if we did I doubt that you would want to pay what we are asking plus shipping.

I'm not real good at it yet, I only made about four supers this year, that's about 100 sections. They weigh from .8 to 1.3 lbs each and I sell them for $8 to $12 depending on weight. I only have about thirty left and they are for the big fair I have in three weeks.

Did you try to make any this year? They are sure a great product to have on the table. :)

>>>He does not want to ship<<<
That's funny, his ad specifically says the buyer pays for shipping.....
Or maybe you're saying Isaac doesn't want it shipped, like it's got to be delivered to him? Or he'd pick it up if close?

I talked with him on the phone and in PM's he is unsure of a good way to ship it safely. If he or someone can come up with a way he will ship. So far I havent came up with anything he is comfortable with.

Hmmmm, how bout a big box and LOTS of bubble wrap? I ship stuff a lot less fragile than comb honey on a regular basis....ya just got to protect it well. But I suppose, to be fair, cut comb, if shipped upside down or sideways might drain to the point it isn't very attractive, so that could sure be an issue. "THIS SIDE UP" signs give those postal people a laugh, I think, as they toss the package to the back of the truck.:)

Sorry Isaac, I am out of cut comb and down to maybe half a dozen Ross Rounds. Rounds do travel well.;)
