Hi, I have aquestion about drones being removed from the hive by workers. I was checking my hive this afternoon and saw a worker carrying a pupa out of the hive, at first I thought it was a peice of paper from the pattie, that I had gave them last week. I checked the pupa and it was soft and white like it had just been taking out of the comb. Is this normal or is there a problem starting. This is my first hive so still learning

Not to worry, it's what they do to get ready for winter. They haul out the "men" so they have more room and food for themselves. To the worker bees, they have served their purpose...now get out!
