I started a 3lb. package 1st of June on foundation. They seemed slow to build up even though i fed them most of the summer. I checked them about a week ago and was very disapointed with the brood pattern. Three frames of spotty brood. They have finally drawn out two deeps.Wed. i picked up a queen from Tony Homan and put her in Wed afternoon today(Sun) i checked to see if they had released her and not only had they released her. I was surpprised to see two frames packed with eggs. This was great!!:D:)
