How many of you are using fogged in FGMO and thymol? Does it really work? I am a new beek that really would like to not use hard chemical mite controls. The use of unregistered chemicals is becoming more widespread as the registerd treatments become less and less effective. I would prefer to keep things legal. I used checkmite this spring, but I have building mite populations now and the honeyflow is still on.
What type of fumigator is used, and where can I get the fumigator, FGMO, and thymol?
Any advice on mite control; would be apprecited! :)

Save your money. I quit using it and get the same results without the effort or expense.

I still fog but not for varroa mainly. It does retard mold growth
and I feel it is effective against tracheal mites.
When my present batch of FGMO is gone. I won't be buying
any more.
If I continue to use thymol it will be as a feed suppliment.
For varroa control you'll see better results from powdered
sugar IMO.
