Shb And Beequick

An interesting observation this evening.

I was doing a cut-out and near the end of the process I was using BeeQuick to drive the remaining bees out of the crevasse so I could get them with the vacuum. I had seen no less than six small hive beetles earlier, but I was surprised to find that BQ also drove the beetles out as well.

Perhaps there may be some other possible uses for BQ in the fight against SHB.

That dang stuff wont even drive my gehto bees out and I am sure the gehto SHBs wont move :(

Perhaps you need a higher class of bees? You know the ones that have their noses up in the air like the ones Jim has? :P
