Ok, just got a lab top, HP. I have been running my email from my wifes Mac using Entourage. Now, how do I get all me email from Entourage over to windows email?

I know outlook/outlook express has a data file as well as a way to export/import the data.
Go to tools in the outlook/outlook express and search the import/export. Then follow the directions
However you are going to have to go onto the wifes computer and search for the data file. the data file will have to be downloaded on a disc or on a jumpdrive.
Or:
If you have a router, you could establish a network. This would be a good idea especially if your laptop is wireless. Then on your laptop search on her computer for the data file and export to your computer's email program.
clear and mud?
Once you establish a network, whenever both computers are on you can searchout files on each others computer, share the printer and other periphials.
When my husband has the desk top on, I can go in and get music or pics. The desk top has more memory than the laptop so i do not have to clutter the LT.
Lastly you could get an external hard drive. What you do is back up your files to the harddrive. These files can be from both computers. Then they can be accessed at anytime by either of you. The up side is if one computer gets a virus, the external hard drive is usually safe from the viruses, or easier to clean the viruse from specific files.

Please tell me you didn't get an HP Pavilion that runs Vista. I have one, and I swear it will be the last PC I ever buy. It's been back to the factory twice for new motherboards, and the nvidia driver keeps failing. A $2k piece of garbage that just passed the warranty expiration date last month.

HP and Compac were both trouble for me........ Got
a Dell XPS and it's been nothing short of bullet proof.
Sorry Chef for diverging from the topic.
Perhaps it's time to switch to a different mail client??
I know I hate Outlook with a passion. Not sure about
the Apple Entourage.
