I noticed the ads... not a bad touch....

however, having ones like Coverity and aapest control out of seattle.... I do not understand why AA pest control has to be on there. Why not keep it to beekeeping ads.... ?

So, I went to the Church Shooting thread and happen to glance at the ads, here's what Google put there:

Mindful Stress Reduction
Learn to manage stress with our
8-week mindfulness-based
program
www.blahblahblahblah.org (http://www.blahblahblahblah.org)

Isaac, it will take a little time to fine tune the ads, keeping certain ads off the site. Be patient.

Hey Barry,

I am no computer wizard, but is there a way that when you click on an ad it opens in a new tab and doesn't take you away from beesource?

Just a thought. BTW great job on the new site layout and everything you do for us out here in bee land.

No, sorry. I guess it's this way for just about all clickable ad links.

Yes, actually there is. All you have to do is right click on the link and click (open in new window or you can click open in new tab).

Thats what i do, it would take me forever if i had to go through this website on one page. :)

Yes, you can manually do as JordanM says, which I do a lot also, but I can't automatically set the ad hyperlink to open a new tab or window.

With my website and my sitebuilder, it asks if you want to open in another window. Different builders do different things. Mine is simple.

You can use the <ctrl> key when you click to open links (internal or external) in a new tab or use the center mouse button to do the same if you have one. I don't know of a way to set a default on the general left click?

Maybe someone else knows of a different trick?
