Extracted blackberry honey two evenings ago..just pure raw honey .. after putting it in honey bears I notice that the honey is cloudy...it tastes delicious..but what can I do about it ? Should I filter it through cheesecloth one more time ?

You failed to let it settle, which is actually the opposite. The air bubbles that entered because of turmoil during extraction, have to rise of the top. Let it sit in a tank a few days or a week at least, before bottling, and you will see a layer of foam on the top of your settling tank.

Keep in mind that strained honey is often a little cloudy compared to filtered honey. Filtered hone, while nice and clear, may lose taste and character. All of my honey is strained and all of it is less than perfectly clear.

I find too that a little heat helps clear it up...so while I wouldn't think it to be crystallizing in the comb, it seems to be what is slowly happening sometimes to my honey.
