photo: Do I have a problem?

I've never posted a link to a photo, hoping this works out. Please take a look:

First year, bees from package, all new hardware. Bees look fine: honey, capped brood, and saw the queen yesterday (when I took this photo). this doesn't look like pollen to me.....AFB?? I didn't do the toothpick test. Should I?
