Fantasy Football

Does anyone on here do it. I have been addicted to it on yahoo. I usually run about five teams a season. Is anyone else got the fever it is only a month away.

I was almost going to post a NEW thread about,..'making decisions' in the course of ones' life but thought, nobody would be interested; boo, hooo! Maybe I will; maybe not.

Fantasy football? No, never tried it; baseball might interest me though.

At the begining of the season you have a draft. Whichever players you get you get points for however they play. You play against someone else and whoever has the most points wins that week. As you go along you can trade players. That is the short version. It is pretty easy and fun.

I played last year for the first time. Made it all the way to the championship game, where I got my butt soundly spanked! :(

If there is enough interest, I can fire up a beekeepers league on the NFL.com site. I can set up a private league for beesource guys if there's enough folks who want to play. Set a draft day on maybe 8/16 or 8/17 (Sat. or Sun)?

Or I can set up a public league and see who shows up. Just let me know if anyones interested....

I have on my team, as leader, Queen Victoria. And my team will be the Black and Gold, (bee colors) of yesteryear, the Iron Curtain. They will be there to protect and defend their Queen. Queen Victoria lived and reigned a long long time. Long live my Queen!!!!!!!

Fantasy football? A husband and wife sit down together to watch the game and while the game is being played, he gives his wife a foot massage, gets up routinely to prepare and serve food, and asks his wife if she would like to tell him about her day. During the course of the game, the TV gets turned off as it is just interfering with their conversation. ;)

That is funny about the wife thing. Mine hates football season. If one would be set up I would set it up on yahoo it is very easy on that site. I am the commish o two leaguges there now.

My wife, aka "the future Mrs. Tom Brady" and I both play on a family league. It gets pretty tense the week we play each other. She usually wins because she knows more about the game than I do.

I also play on a Yahoo league as well. Lots of fun.
