Why hasn't anyone ever manufactured fully drawn comb. Has anyone ever heard of it being attempted?

I haven't.
I've a hive that won't draw it out a super full of comb right now, nectar dearth is on. I'm going to feed and see if that helps.
Also, if you're having trouble with them drawing out comb, move comb they have drawn out to the outsides of the super/deep and put frames with new foundation closer in- that seems to help.

Honey Super Cell makes fully drawn frames of a couple cell sizes. There are a few threads on it you could search for.

Thanks for the info. What I've read so far seems to imply that only a certain percentage accept the fully drawn plastic. What percentage doesn't accept? It also appears that if there was a reliable supply at a reasonable price, they could sell a ton of the stuff. Has anyone ever tried making pre-drawn wax comb?

All of the plastic comb (PermaComb and Honey Super Cell) get's accepted. It's just a matter of time and no other choice. There is no percent that is not.
I believe there have been attempts at making wax drawn comb, but none that ever succeeded. It's tricky enough with the plastic.
