OK - here's another email we just got - give her a call if you want to go get them! I know wrong thread but need these taken care of ASAP.

I am looking for some information regarding a large and well established bee hive living in an old shed located on my property in Elgin, AZ. This hive was here 4 years ago when I moved onto the property and I left it alone as I love to garden and they are quite beneficial and docile. The time as come where I need to remove the old shed, but I have reservations about destroying this hive.

Would you be kind enough to provide some information and alternative options I may consider regarding this hive?

Thanks for all your courtesy and time,
Teresa Shade

Description

I have this honey beehive in a tree in my front yard and really, really do not want to destroy it due to the fact that our bees are dying off at an alarming rate. I would love to have a bekeeper come get it so I could have piece of mind that I am doing my part to keep our crops pollinated. Most people say "Whats one beehive" but if we all think that way than we would all be in a world of hurt. I would love to give this away for free to whomever can come get it. If someone would like to contribute to me and my marines wedding that we were never able to have and are trying to get together funds to have our 5th anniversary renewal of vows....even better.

****** As for shipping goes, I cannot ship this you would need to pick up, as i do not know how to properly handle bees. Please do not bid if you cannot come properly handle the bees to preserve it and put to good use. I put shipping fee of $20,000 ( i will not charge you this fee I just needed to put something crazy so no one would expect me to ship it) because I didnt know what else to put but I WILL NOT SHIP THIS ITEM YOU NEED TO COME GET IT ****** The Miller Honey Corporation is very close to me but dont know how to get ahold of someone to offer this to them.

A tree has been cut and lowered gently. The bees are in a log on the ground. If interested, post here and I will get you the details.

I have honey bees swarming around and going into a roof above a bow window on the side of this house. The group gets rather large outside the window when a storm is heading this way as there is only a small opening for the bees to enter. The location is a one-story house in Clifton Park, NY (Saratoga County). Please let me know if anyone is interested in removing these honey bees before the cold of winter kills them all. - cheryl0525

Anybody want a cutout in the Fond du Lac area? He thinks they've been there a month, sounds like pretty easy access.

I had a lady call me from Bakersfield, CA.
She had a swarm of bees move into a box that once held a speaker. This happened this spring. She would like someone to take the bees, box and all away. It's about an hour and a half from me, so I don't want them, but if there is anyone near Bakersfield who would want them, I will give you here name and number.
Thanks.

I live in Moyock, NC. (close to Elizabeth City), I have a hive of honey bees in the wall of my house, and I have been trying to find someone around this area that can remove them.
Here is what I know:
They appear to be fairly tame ( I park my truck right by where they are and haven't been stung yet).

The Hive is definitely getting bigger, (there are alot more swarming that area).

I don't want to kill them, but I am scared that they will eventually cause major structural damage to my house, so if I can't find somebody to get them I will be left no choice.

Is there any body in the Moyock, North Eastern NC Area that can help save these bees!!! You can reach me via my email, kmorgan64@gmail.com

Hi all,

I received a call from a local pest control company yesterday. She said she believes they have a feral colony in a tree on one of the properties they work with. Sounds like a possible opportunity for a trapout.

If anyone is interested in checking this out, let me know and I will get you their information. FYI....I have not seen these, so I cannot guarantee that they are even honeybees. She is pretty anxious to get these taken care of and my guess would be if she doesn't get any takers, they will "nuke" the colony.

I have a colony of bees under the cedar siding/wide clapboards on the side of my house next to my chimney. I assume the clapboards need to be removed so the colony and honeycombs can be removed. To make it more challenging, the colony seems to be at the peak and thus is the equivalent of three stories up. From the number of bees that were resting outside during the heat of the summer, I am guessing there are several tens of thousands of bees.

I have not been able to find a local beekeeper or anyone qualified to safely remove them. If any one knows anyone in this area please contact me at neal.kingston@gmail.com. Worst case I guess I'll let them stay a while - they have been well behaved guests so far. On the other hand I am afraid to use the chimney in case that would lead to melted wax and honey coming through my wallboard.
