Chef,
Try our friend, Riverrat. I think he's got a shop to do most if not all of what you want.
Also, you never got back to me. Do you still want that grooved straw holding rack? All I need are some dimensions so I make it the right height, etc.

Rat, I figured with your handy metal work and Chef coming to Kansas to visit some family this summer, it might work out for everyone if timing is right.

Chef,
I'll take you up on that offer! You need to send me the recipe to make sure we have what you need. This isn't a four star kitchen, but my wife can do a very fine meal. I can cook, but I'd be in awe because what you do and what I do in a kitchen are likely two very different things indeed. Zane is coming by in a couple of weeks on his way to/from that hilly state west of us. I suppose this could be a stopping off point for beesource travelers (with my wife's blessing, of course).
Yippee I'll bring my appetite!lol:):)
When is Chef coming through?
Swobee I sent you my revised itenerary!!!.
I could bring back some nice fresh trout from the Rockies!!!!(if they're biting!)
now I'm getting hungry!!!I can see it now w/ Chef in the area, "Honey almond glazed trout w/ a fresh black raspberry sauce or something like that!!!!mmm fooood!lol:D

Zane,
I've never known trout not to bite, just sometimes not on what I'm tossing at them. I used to go with some friends to Gunnison each Memorial Day weekend. We haven't gone for about 10 years now- too bad because we always had a good time. Trout is always best right out of the river cooked that evening!
You guys have a great day, I'm hungry now.
