The queen has hatched

My 1 frame deep observation hive is know queen right, all she needs to do now is mate if she hasn't already. It has been 8 days since she was capped and she looks good. Once I know she is laying I will move them into a nuc.

It was an awesome experience watching the observation hive even if it is olny for a couple of weeks before they go into a nuc.:D

This 1 deep observation frame started hive is now doing awesome. They have almost drawn out a deep and medium 10 frame hive in which they will be overwintered in.
The Queen is in superb condition(shes a fat one):D with a great laying pattern. If were lucky in Connecticut we have 2 brood cycles left and Goldenrod is in bloom:)
