Hey all,
This is probably addressed somewhere in the forum but I can't find it so here goes. Tonite when I went to say goodnite to the little ladies there were a bunch clustered in and around the entrance. Not doing anything, no flying or fighting going on, just sitting there. That was at dusk. Night has fallen now and I am heading back out there after I get done typing to see if they all moved in or not. Just wondering what in the world they were/are doing.
Thanks in advance. Enjoy this site a lot. Have a great week all.

First off, Welcome...... Yeah its a nice night to sit out on the porch. The topic has been covered and yes as a newbie I was concerned too. But the girls are probably just relaxing.
I did open the top to help get some ventilaltion because its been so humid up here..... Out of 3 of my hives 1 hive just loves to chill out..
Keep us posted...

Thanks for the quick reply. They're still sitting there chilling. Not like it has been hot here. I think it got up to 70 today tops. Right now it is 56 outside. Not balmy by any means and they are in a TBH with 4" of screen running the length of the bottom so I wouldn't think ventilation would be an issue. Still cool to watch. Thanks again.
