changing bottom boards

I'm new at this beekeeping adventure.

To change the bottom board, do I just lift up the hives and swap out the boards. I have a solid board there now and want to put a screened board in its place. Also, I need to get to the hive reducer piece. Its not reachable should I try all of this at one time.

Can this be a one person job?

Yep to all. Unstack the boxes to the side, or on to the new bottom board if you don't care about the order. Replace the bottom board and restack if need be. Take your time. The bees aren't going anywhere.
