Cloth on top of Cmbo Long Hive?-BWranlger?

Hi Bwrangler or anyone who can answer this question,
I wanted to ask you, on your website, under the Combo Long Hive, you mention a cloth to go over the top of the frames. What kind of cloth is it? Is it like the cloth on top of the warre hive, with the flour paste? I just built a long hive, and would like to put a cloth on top, so the hive performs like a TBH.

I don't know what he uses but I usually use canvas. Michael Palmer uses those plastic "burlap" feed sacks. Any cloth that is strong enough to not rip when you pull it free from the inevitable propolis will work.
