board upgrade

Installed the latest version yesterday. You may notice a few changes like the User info field in the upper right corner. It now has a pull down menu and lists how many PM's you have. A lot of back end revisions and fixes. It also has a tags feature. (http://www.beesource.com/forums/faq.php?faq=vb3_board_usage#faq_vb3_tags)
