Hello Cumberland County Beekeepers.
In lieu of many e-mails, I have opened this thread for our membership to post regarding swarming activity within our club and area.
If you are a new beekeeper and you do not want to keep any swarms you may have, please post here, and also look here to find another beekeeper who is willing to pick up your swarms.
If you are willing to collect swarms, please post here with your contact information including the numbers where you can be most quickly reached.
It is in our best interest as beekeepers, particularly in light of the recent ordinance development here in Cumberland County, to make sure that we catch all of our swarms and put them into standard equipment, not allow them to choose a home site of their own.
I will collect swarms my best daytime numbers are 838-4046 (cell) and 282-2550 x3203 (wk)
