:( ....You really must stop this!..Don't you realize that you are slowly, but surely, killing me to death here?...Such malignant cruelty on your part, torturing me as you are!!!
Actually, all seriousness aside, those look SOOOOOO good. I am afraid I cannot bear to reopen them. It is simply more than I can bear. You have done exceptionally well, and I tip my hat to you for a job well executed....I WILL heal, though, and await your next set of sadistic bee pics, you scoundrel. ;)

Did you end up buying some nucs/package this year? Ltlwilli?

Yes, indeed....I bought 4 of Thomson Lake's MN. Hygenic nucs, and have captured a big swarm. I also noticed two of my nasonov scented traps drawing interest today. I still have one big hive from last year that is about to swarm. I suppose that they are awaiting the return of the new young queen. They are bearded all over the outside of the big brood box, and are even packed in tight underneath it. I have seen drones coming from one of the Russian and one of the MN. Hygenic hives, also...It should make for a good mix, I think... I have a box of medium supers comimg , that will have to built, and I am making tops, inside top covers, supers, brood boxes , and bottoms as fast as I can.....Man, I shoulda started wayyyyy sooner on all this. Oh well, a lesson learned.
