Video is a little boring. Nothing exciting happened. Didn't go running through the yard stripping my clothes off as predicted by some.

Video of my first full hive inspection of hive #1. I also placed the first top bar between two frames to begin the transition process to all top bars from the nuc frames. I think this method will help them draw out straight natural comb. If you have broadband, be sure to click "Watch in High Quality" http://youtube.com/watch?v=EjIQAmkE6eM
I checked the hive a few days later through the observation window and found they had formed a "bee bridge" between the space the top bar created. Several are linked up arm to arm across the gap and others are crawling over them. I seen ants do this on the Discovery channel once. Hopefully they are drawing out some natural comb off the bar. There were to many bees to see up there! http://youtube.com/watch?v=Ka-EaRcmr58
My second hive appears queenless. I couldn't find the queen, eggs, or larva. I did find two queen cells. This hive has acted funny since I first opened the transportation box to install it. At least compared to the calm hive #1. I think the queen may have gotten lost or killed in the transfer. My supplier told me to check it again in a few days and look for eggs. If none, I'll go get another queen. The hive is bringing in lots of pollen and seems active.
